In this class, you will learn the best recipes for your plant-based diet: all the recipes are traditionally vegan!
To start, we’ll prepare the Panzanella made with the classic ingredients: celery, onions, tomatoes, and basil, with crunchy fried bread cubes.
Then, we discover how to make a delicious zucchini pesto with basil, walnuts, and extra-virgin olive oil: the recipe is delicious on bread bruschettas and tossed with pasta or rice!
After the appetizers, we’ll learn how to prepare the authentic Tuscan “Pasta e Fagioli” with farro pasta (emmer wheat) and Borlotti Italian beans.
Finally, the last recipe is an ode to simplicity and good taste: the Tuscan Pomarola. This sauce is prepared with a classic soffritto (onions, garlic, carrots, and celery), tomato sauce, and basil or oregano. We’ll toss the Pomarola with an iconic Tuscan Pasta: the dried Pici!
