We’ll start with tasting one of the most traditional Sicilian bruschettas spreads, made with minced sundried tomatoes and imported directly from Italy: the Capuliatu.

Then, we’ll learn how to prepare a classic Cannellini beans salad with shrimp, parsley, and chives.

Also, I will tell you all the secrets to preparing a perfect Octopus pasta alla Puttanesca, with olives, capers, and oregano.

Finally, we’ll learn to prepare one of my preferred risottos, a tribute to two of the most important Italian cuisines. We’ll make a classic risotto with some of the most beloved ingredients of Roman cuisine: Pecorino Romano cheese and anchovies!
